- Topics include phone skills, turning the shopper into an appointment, setting appointments, the write up process, generational differences, building rapport, soft up-selling , presenting maintenance, selling found work, MPI, building value, objection handling & closing.
- Having trained service advisors will enhance the customer experience to only have them return and refer others to visiting your service department.
