About

Our Mission

Our primary responsibility is to support the efforts of our Member Dealers and the more than 5,000 individuals they employ. The success of our members is imperative to Western New York. Through our youth development programs, automotive technology competitions, employment service, and our education & training initiatives, it is our goal to perpetuate a successful retail automotive environment in which current and future generations can prosper with successful automotive careers.

The NFADA also serves as a liason to consumers, helping address concerns they may have with member dealers through our Autocap program, assisting consumers to understand their rights and responsibilities in all aspects of automotive ownership and service.

History of NFADA

The Niagara Frontier Automobile Dealers Association is a trade association representing more than 120 new car dealerships in Western New York. Initially founded in 1903, the NFADA has been serving new car franchise dealers in our community for over a century. During that time, the nature and scope of our services has expanded dramatically. Although we continue to produce the Buffalo Auto Show annually, and the Show represents our largest single “public” endeavor, we work behind the scenes 52 weeks a year to support the efforts of our member dealers, their employees, and all who live and work in our Western New York community.
