- This informational workshop will be conducted by Mike Scime, the Upstate Area Director at US Department of Labor/ OSHA. Director Scime runs our Buffalo DOL/OSHA field office and oversees the enforcement and educational programs for WNY, so his close personal insight will be invaluable.
- With the constant changes in OSHA and DOL regulations and enhancements to required workplace safety, this along with the increased Federal and local WNY enforcement actions and audits, we feel this workshop is timely and critical to prevent future enforcement actions.
- The goal of this workshop is to help our members better identify those critical areas in your dealership that OSHA feels may compromise or impact a dealership safety and operations. OSHA’s ultimate goal is workplace safety through proper compliance.
