The NFADA has partnered with Genesee Valley BOCES Batavia Campus for this great opportunity to allow graduating students to find their aspiration with a local Dealership. Each student should come prepared with an updated resume and questions to ask each Dealership. The students rotate through each table, looking for their best fit and seeing where their future career will begin.
The Dealerships connect with the students, setting up potential Work-Based Learning opportunities which will hopefully lead to future employment. Teachers will also have an opportunity to set up field trips and guest speakers for the students to see the latest technology used in the Dealerships, while meeting past graduates that are working in the field.
This will give the students the ability to get their career fast tracked to success. This is a game-changer if you’re early in your career by meeting potential employers, networking with industry professionals, learning about job openings and gaining valuable resources about companies and hiring processes.
