Service and Parts Director

The Service and Parts Director is responsible for running an efficient Service and Parts Department. S/he operates the departments at maximum production, controlling costs, building loyal clientele, maintaining good employee relationahips, setting and obtaining sales objectives and maintains service and parts records. Plans, organizes, leads and controls the flow of service work throught the service department while ensuring quality repairs to the customer. Forecasts goals and objectives for the departments and strives to meet them.
