NFADA update on County Clerk office hours/contacts


DMV Updates for Erie and Niagara County branches        

It will be IMPORTANT that every dealer abide by these drop off  guidelines.

NO WAITING for dealer work to be completed at any DMV branch.

ERIE COUNTY DMV OFFICE                         

  • Location: Cheektowaga DMV branch  2122 George Urban Blvd  
  • Drop Off Days: Tuesday’s
  • Drop Off Times: 8:30am- Noon
  • Drop off area: Designated dealers person will be asked to go to the employee entrance on the East side of the DMV office
  • Ring bell during the 8:30am - Noon drop off time
  • Contact: Cheryl Matter - 681-8215
  • PICK UP: Dealers will be contacted by DMV when work is done, to coordinate pick up . (DO NOT CALL DMV- DMV WILL CALL DEALER CONTACT)
  • Dealers must provide a cell number, as well as the name of the person who will be picking up the completed work.          
  • Dealer FORM: This attached DMV DROP OFF LOG form WILL BE REQUIRED with every drop off

  • Drop Off Day: Drop off work at their normal location every Tuesday
  • Drop Off Times: 10:00AM - 11:00AM  (contact Deputy if running late)
  • Pick Up: All new work will be processed  and returned for pick up the following Tuesday at the drop off location.  


  • This is just a friendly reminder that the NFADA has established a dedicated  DMV email account to assist and expedite DMV related questions and concerns.

  • The NFADA is proud to continue offering you the ability to obtain duplicate titles in a cost effective, fast and efficient manner.
  •  Please send all required documents by email to or fax to (716) 631-0759. Duplicate titles received are processed the same day.
